Can I download audio files directly to my iPhone / iPad / Android? [TOP]

Our audio files can be used on ALL mobile devices like iPhones, iPads and Android phones. You can download the audio files directly to your device using the links provided in the confirmation email or via the links on our purchase confirmation page.

If you need to download the file at a later stage to another device you can simply logon to our website, navigate to the My Orders page and use the download links provided there.

How can I transfer my audio files from my computer to my iPad/iPhone? [TOP]

We suggest to simply download the file form our website to any devices you want to use them on. You can  logon to our website, navigate to the My Orders page and use the download links provided there.

How does the ordering and downloading process work? [TOP]

Step 1: Click on the “Add to Cart” button for any items you wish to purchase. The button label changes to “Checkout”. For your convenience, you can check the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the Currency Converter icon near the “Add to Cart” button or by clicking on the Shopping Cart icon in the menu bar.
Step 2: Click on the “Checkout” button or the Shopping Cart icon in the menu bar to navigate to the Checkout page.
Step 3: Enter Discount Codes, if any, Personal Information and Login details or Logon to your account. Accept the terms and start the payment process by pressing the “Purchase” button.
Step 4: Pay with Credit Card or with your Paypal account on the secure Paypal Payment page.
Step 5: As soon as your payment is received, you will be automatically directed to our Purchase Confirmation page which includes your download links.
This entire process only takes a minute or so.
To make life even easier, you will also receive an email that contains links to your downloads (if you don’t receive this email, please check your junk mail folder. Email programs like Outlook sometimes think this email is spam and accidentally delete it).
Just click on the download links and then save your mp3 files to your computer. You can use your mp3 files in your favourite mp3 player (like an iPod for example), you can play them on your computer or you burn your own CD with them.
Please note that your email download links will expire after 24 hours. You can however logon to our website at any time and find your download links on the My Orders page.
Should you ever have a problem with a download (a very rare event) please feel free to contact us for support. We will make sure that you receive everything you ordered.

I don’t have a Paypal Account. Can I pay with a credit card or debit card instead? [TOP]

You sure can. Add the items you want to your cart, navigate to the checkout page click on the button that says “Purchase”. This will take you to the secure Paypal payment page where you will see an option to “Pay with a debit or credit card”. Simply click on this link and you can use your card to pay.

Is my payment secure? [TOP]

Absolutely. We use PayPal to manage all financial transactions, so your purchasing information, your account details, and your personal information are all completely secure and protected.

I’m trying to add an item to my shopping cart, but it’s not working. [TOP]

It is likely that your internet security settings are interfering with the function of the shopping cart. You must have cookies enabled in your internet browser for the shopping cart to work. If you require additional assistance, please feel free to contact us for support.

Can I purchase CD’s of your products? [TOP]

Audio CD’s of our products can be purchase via Amazon Create Space. Click on the banners on the product pages labelled “Order Audi CD on amazon.com”.

 

Do you guarantee your products? [TOP]

Absolutely. While we do not offer refunds on downloads just because you change your mind, if you believe your download is faulty in any way then we will replace it without hesitation.

Do your mp3 downloads work on both Apple and PC computers? [TOP]

Yes, MP3 files will work on both Macintosh/Apple and PC computers. Both types of computers will need to have an MP3 player installed – such as iTunes, Winamp, or Microsoft’s Windows Media Player in order to play the music files.

Are the downloads zipped? Will I need unzipping software? [TOP]

No, all our downloads will deliver the highest quality 48000 Hz 320 kbps MP3 file directly to your download device.

Can I use your music to create my own guided meditation CD?[TOP]

No you cannot. Our music downloads are for personal use only and are protected by international copyright law.

How often are you going to be emailing me if I subscribe?[TOP]

We usually send our subscribers one email update per month, sometimes twice per month, but rarely more than that. We will only contact you when we have something worthwhile to share with you, whether that be some interesting news, new free downloads, or a special discount on our meditation products.

How can I access the free guided meditation download?. [TOP]

To download our free offer you need to follow the standard purchasing steps. During the checkout you can enter the 100% discount code provided. This will reduce the price to $0.00. After pressing the “Purchase”  button your download link will be immediately displayed on the Purchase Confirmation page.
